What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary by collection, starting at 30 sets for printed and embroidered designs and 50 sets for unstitched suit sets. Running dress material starts at one bale (roughly 45 metres) per design. Exact MOQs for any style are listed on request.
Can I get physical samples before ordering in bulk?
Yes. We ship a physical swatch set for any design you are considering, usually within 3 to 5 working days, so you can confirm colour and fabric feel before committing to quantity.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are advance payment against confirmed orders, with credit terms available for established retail chains after an initial trial order. We’ll confirm exact terms when we quote you.
Which states do you ship to?
We currently dispatch to 18 states across India via our transport partners, with tracking details shared as soon as an order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer private-label or custom packaging?
Yes, for bulk orders of 200 sets or more per style we can work with your own labelling, packaging and, in some cases, exclusive colourways.
What happens if a batch arrives with a defect?
Report it with photos within 7 days of delivery and your account manager will arrange a replacement or credit note for the affected pieces. No need to return the full order.
